MIS Reporting, Quarterly closures, Consolidation & Audits (Commercial Business + Chalet Commercial Prop)

  • Monthly Preparation & Consolidation of Rent rolls, AMD MIS and related MIS.
  • Assist the team in preparing quarterly Databook (Leasing & Operational highlights).
  • Co-ordinating for quarterly closing of books and working out provisions related to doubtful debts, utility recovery, any other income, etc.
  • Will be a SPOC for all monthly MIS, data requirements, quarterly closure, and co-ordination with SSC and retained teams.
  • To provide data and regular MIS/updates to Chalet and Investors.
  • Trending / past data / analysis reports on Rent & CAM, etc.
  • Co-ordinating and providing information to Statutory auditors, internal auditors, consultants, etc.
  • Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality MIS.
  • Any ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Qualification: B’Com. / M’Com.
Experience: 8 – 12 years of experience
