Job Description - Quality

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To establish quality standards, implement stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of construction.

Hands on experience in preparing Quality Plan, in line with Quality Manual established by Company.

Conducting Quality Induction / training for staff/ contractors/ workers

Checking & validating Work method statements submitted by contractor & suggesting changes if any

Innovate / Create SOPs & Processes for Quality Assurance and implement the same across all sites.

Implementation of Quality App, Data Analysis of the App.

To recommend / implement appropriate corrective actions to quality related issues.

Coordinating and handling Internal / external Quality Audits

Responsible for quality control and visual inspection of activities during construction.

Ensure compliance of requirements related to Quality as per IS Codes, QA Manual and collect data for analysis.

Ensuring adherence to the quality measures outlined.

To coordinate with Project Heads for matters pertaining to QA / QC at sites.

Conduct audit across sites for compliances and updating documents regularly.

Conducting regular follow ups for closing on Quality observations with contractors, ensuring on time CAPA from agencies

Ensuring MIRs / TDS for material received vis-à-vis P.O. / W.O.
